Slim Down With This Easy To Follow 3-Day Detox

If you follow me on instagram and snapchat (username: arteresalynn), then you know that last week I completed, no I killed this easy to follow 3-day detox. It started off as a 3-day detox but since I love a good challenge I extended it to 5 days. I posted the picture below saying how snatched my waist was looking, because the detox helps to get rid of bloating, and my comments and DM’s blew up! I mean, it really was going down in my DM. I responded to almost all of the messages but I figured it would be best to share my experience and all the details here.

How To Dress For A Summer Wedding - The Perfect Outfit

2 years ago I wore this matching crop top and maxi skirt set to my friend's beach wedding in beautiful Cabo, Mexico. Of course since it was a beach wedding I ditched the heels and went for a platform wedge sandal. This set is also the perfect outfit to wear to a summer wedding. The fabric is light weight, the colors are beautiful, and it's sexy but tasteful. Now that I think about it, I would say those are the top 3 criteria when choosing the perfect outfit for a summer wedding.

For this look I kept it pretty casual with the graphic crop top and knit pants but gave it a little more pizzazz with the blue pumps. Belted Black And White Romper & Mules

Now let's get to this romper! I love it!! It came with the belt, which as I have mentioned before, is a great way to accentuate your waist. In case you've missed my other black and white outfits (here, here, and here), it's my current favorite color combo. I also like the crochet detailing, and it's just so very classy. I would wear this to brunch, a summer concert, a dinner date, or out for drinks. And the price is unbeatable! See for yourself here!

Black Off The Shoulder Bodysuit, Skirt, & Choker

For this outfit I paired a black off the shoulder bodysuit with a black skirt. To keep from looking boring in my all black I added a little edge with my choker and a pop of print with my heels.

Ruffle Crop Top & High Waist Jeans

When I first tried on this top I fell in love!! I'm usually not fond of ruffles on me but for some reason it was love at first sight. Maybe it's the color or maybe it's because it gives me the Beyonce wearing the yellow dress in Lemonade vibe. Yep, I'm pretty sure it's the latter.

For my outfit I paired a tank and maxi skirt with a blazer. Just like I did with this outfit, the blazer adds a more polished look. As you can see, when I don't have the blazer it gives off a very sexy look. This is actually a good example and a super easy way to take an outfit from day to night; simply remove the blazer!
