What We Can All Learn From Beyonce

Last week Beyonce shook up the internet, and dare I say the world, when she released a surprise visual album that included 14 songs and 17 videos.  There was no warning, no promotion, and no hard copies (the album is currently being sold exclusively on iTunes). I hope you all took notes.  I know I had my pen and pad out!  What we can all learn from Beyonce is that you don't always have to let people know what you are doing.  Sometimes it's best to move in silence and just do it!
