Outdoor Halloween Decorations - My First Year Decorating!

It’s almost Halloween and I decorated for the very first time! Who says Halloween has to be canceled?! I decorated our outdoor front area and I love the way it came out. This was actually very last minute so the outdoor Halloween decorations will only be up for one week. But, most importantly, I had fun decorating and I smile every time I see it. This is actually surprising to myself and others who know me because I haven’t dressed up or participated in Halloween (other than taking my niece trick or treating) since I was a kid. Maybe it’s because I now have my own little one or maybe because I wanted to take that on as woman of the house.
Instead of going trick or treating this year, I have decided to throw a small Halloween party for my daughter (Mia), 2 nieces, and nephew. We will decorate the inside with orange and black balloons, dress up, hide candy around the house for the kids to find, have pizza, and cupcakes. Halloween may look a little different this year, but the kiddies will definitely have a good time.
