How To Wear Dress Pants Outside Of The Office

Happy Tuesday loves!  I hope everyone’s week is off to a great start.  I am fresh off of a 3-day cleanse and I’m feeling pretty fabulous. Stay tuned later this week because I vlogged the entire process!  Now let’s get into this outfit. I have come across a few of my clients who think dress pants are only for the office.  I actually used to think that too and it is so not true. Let’s take the black cropped dress pants I’m wearing in this post and use them for our example.  You can dress them up or down, wear them to work or a professional event, but you can also wear them for a night out.

A couple of months ago I wore these dress pants on the blog with a cape blazer, bodysuit, and printed pumps.  I would say this was my professional way of styling a pair of dress pants. Now, this post I’ve paired the same dress pants with a red off the shoulder bodysuit and a sexy pair of lace-up sandal heels.  I definitely would not wear this look to work. But I would, however, wear it on a date, out for drinks, brunch, or to a baby shower. If I take the heels off and slip on a pair of fashion sneakers or loafer mules, I would then have a cute casual look.  The goal is to always be able to wear 1 item multiple ways.
