How To Wear An Oversized Denim Jacket

This oversized denim jacket by Kloset Envy has quickly become one of my faves.  I love the comfort and style of this jacket.  I almost feel like you throw it on and it instantly gives you a trendy cool vibe.  The oversized denim jacket may seem a bit tricky to style for some so I will give you a few tips on how to wear an oversized denim jacket like a pro.

1. The jacket is oversized so you don't want to get lost in a bunch of material so your outfit underneath should be somewhat form fitting.  For this look I decided to pair the jacket with a fitted jumpsuit but you can also pair it with a dress, tank and jeans, or shorts.
2. Have it hang a bit off your shoulders.  You can have it have off just one shoulder or both.  I show examples of both in the pics below.  Because the jacket is oversized and pretty much covers your figure, I think it's a bit sexy to show a little shoulder.
3. Dress it down or up.  You can wear the jacket with pumps as I did here or style it with a pair of fashion sneakers.  I have casual look with another oversized denim jacket coming to the site next week.

Most of all have fun with the jacket and remember to be mindful of your proportions.
