1 Skirt Set, 3 Ways
If there is one thing that I can’t stress enough, you should be able to maximize all the pieces in your wardrobe. What does that mean? You should be able to wear each item you own at least 3 different ways. This is how you make the most of your wardrobe and get the best bang for your buck. If you can create more than 3 looks, even better! But, 3 is definitely the goal.
Take the 3 looks above. I’m styling the Shop Arteresa Lynn skirt set 3 different ways. They look like 3 completely different outfits. At first glance, you may not have even noticed that the pieces started from the same skirt set. Keep reading for a breakdown of each look.
Shop Arteresa Lynn Skirt Set, Zara Belt
This first look I’m wearing the skirt set as is. It’s a bodysuit with a fitted pencil skirt that hits right above the knee. I added a belt to add a little detail to the outfit but I also really like it without it. For shoes, I went for a pair of black pumps. I wanted to keep this look classy and sophisticated, not too trendy.
Black Bodysuit from Shop Arteresa Lynn Skirt Set, Ralph Lauren Blazer (similar here and on sale!), Shop Arteresa Lynn High Waist Jeans, Zara Mules (old), Zara Leopard Belt (similar here)
For the second look, I took the bodysuit from the skirt set and paired it with these super flattering high waisted jeans. For the shoes, I decided to go with black and white mules for a trendier look. I felt it was missing something so I added a pop of print with the leopard belt. You can definitely style this outfit with a black belt but I wanted a little pop. This outfit is sexy for a semi casual look.
For a cool evening, I added a blazer which takes the outfit to a more classic vibe. You can drape the blazer over your shoulders without sticking your arms through if you want to keep the trendier look.
Curls and Confidence Tee, Skirt from Shop Arteresa Lynn Skirt Set, Shoes (old)
This last look is a simple graphic tee paired with the skirt from the skirt set. Instead of pairing this look with a classic pump or trendy mules, I decided to style it with these edgy fishnet heels. I could have and should have topped this look off with red lipstick!
Which look do you like best? Would you rock all 3?
